Finding Quit Smoking Help – Sources to Consider
It is not an easy job for the smoker to think of quitting it and to act accordingly, I t is really a long and hectic process but staying quit is the toughest job and the actual success .people who desperately think of quit smoking but not find the ways to stop themselves from smoking, you keep on finding the ways and the sources that you can adopt to restrict yourself from smoking and go for other alternatives. If you want ultimate victory you have to find ways of giving up smoking.
Once you started quit smoking, spend the time with the public as much as possible but make sure, sit at the places that are smoke free. Take a good care of yourself, drink much water, go for balanced diet, do avoid stress and take rest as required.
Avoid drinkslike coffee, alcohol or any other drink that can push you towards smoking so use other drinks like water, other sports drinks, or go for fresh fruit juices instead more importantly give priority to low calorie drinks.
If you are missing the feel of holding a cigarette in the hand, hold something else immediately like pencil, a remote controller, a clip board or any other thing and if you are missing the taste e of nicotine or tobacco, pick out toothpick, sugar free lollipops or cinnamon sticks or chewing gums.
Stay away from smokers and create a smoke free environment around you, the people and situations that were responsible for your smoking habit, remember them also that you can cope up with them afterwards. Try to keep one hand in the pocket. Breath more and let the fresh air comes to the lungs, it will also help to make you relax. Brush your teeth twice or thrice a day to enjoy the fresh feeling and taste. Do exercise daily like muscle relaxing exercises, push-ups,touching the toes, daily walk etc.
Start eating 4 to 5 times in a day like small meals instead of 2 or 3 heavy meals, this will help to maintain blood sugar level, keep the system runs smoothly and stops the urge of taking cigarette. Food with spices and excess sugar also drives the feeling to smoke. Lastly to deal with the craziest feeling to smoke, try one or the blend of options to overcome the need.
